Molly joined The Howell Group in the Spring of 2017 and has instantly brought her organizational skills, creativity, and dedication to our team.
Growing up as a ballet dancer and dedicated student, she learned from an early age to be disciplined and focused in all areas of life. She brings this same focus to our team and enjoys creatively coming up with new ideas that keeps us constantly striving for excellence.
As a former Kindergarten Teacher for eight years with a BA in Early Childhood Education, Molly is extremely organized and efficient and has a passion for helping others. Her attention to detail ensures that every aspect of our processes remain customer oriented, executed in a timely manner, and is effectively communicated.
Combining her love for children and desire to use her gifts where needed, she spent 9 years volunteering as a bi-weekly preschool teacher at a local church as well as a Drama Camp Dance Director for multiple seasons.
Molly started a personal style and inspirational blog in 2015 and has a passion for empowering women to live intentional lifestyles. She has since then found a heart for real estate—yet another area she can help others. As an online influencer, she uses the skills she’s learned in branding, marketing, and social media to be a powerful addition to our team. She is a licensed real estate broker, bringing a fresh and passionate voice to what we do.
When she’s not spending her time writing, you can find her active in the outdoors or eating a huge bowl of ice cream. As she’s constantly saying, life is all about balance.
